To be honest it is about you, the client. My personal approach to working with an individual (or a group) is to meet you where you are, to assist you in making the transformation that you want.
My role varies with each person and situation. Your role is to be clear and honest with me and with yourself. I want to understand your uniqueness and tailor our sessions to you. Having a holistic approach in part is recognising all that makes you unique, whether it is your physiology, health status, gender, cultural heritage, spiritual or religious background, belief system, age (to name a few criteria) – and working with you, whether you are wanting an “all natural” solution or to work to complement your current medical treatment program.

My experience is diverse. As a practitioner for over 40 years, I’ve worked with an incredible range of clients, helping them to make significant transformations in their health or lifestyle. My clinical experience is my greatest asset, but I’ve listed some of my professional background below.
I am located in Australia and moved my practice completely online in 2024, after doing Behavioural Therapy research some years earlier, investigating the use of digital technology in the consultation and then applying it in my practice. I used online applications well before the pandemic made online communication an everyday experience. I have a depth of experience in consulting, teaching and digital content delivery up to the university level. As well as working with a diverse client base, I have been a lecturer and curriculum development consultant at private colleges and university, researcher, documentary and podcast producer. With a worldwide client base and being located in regional Australia, it made sense to move completely online.
